Talk Therapy
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you get a feel for my approach and see if it aligns with your needs. There’s no pressure, just a conversation.
Online sessions are designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Appointments are typically scheduled for one hour and occur weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your treatment needs.
