You are not alone.
At Acorn & Oak I offer a compassionate, affirming space where you can explore whatever is happening. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, life transitions, relationship dynamics, LGBT+ care, non-monogamous relationships, and more.
Meet Your Therapist
I pride myself in being able to provide flexible & personable care.
You will get professional care to build skills that can help you thrive, while also balancing a grounded and down to earth approach.
Many people I have worked with have felt I am not a “blank slate” therapist, and we will be able to connect in a way that makes you feel empowered & seen!
My Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in the social services and therapy field since 2010. Much of my work has been geared towards supporting individuals and families through life’s many challenges. My background includes work in crisis support, case management foster care, hospice, and mental health services, all of which have shaped my belief in the resilience within each of us.
I hold certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT), ADHD counseling (ADHD-CCSP), Certified Mindfulness Informed Professional (CMIP), and am committed to ongoing learning to best support your journey.
